Ingredients

  • 1 kg of wheat flour
  • 500 ml of cold water
  • 100 g of sourdough starter
  • 100 g of cane sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 100 g of sesame seeds
  • 100 g of flax seeds

Method

  1. Prepare the sourdough starter by mixing flour, cold water, sugar, and olive oil. Let it ferment for 24 hours.
  2. Add the sourdough starter to the flour and water mix, add salt and seeds. Mix well.
  3. Let the mix ferment for 12 hours.
  4. Shape the loaves and let them rise for 2 hours.
  5. Place in the oven and bake at 200°C for 30-40 minutes.
