Ingredients

  • 200g of finely sliced beef
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tablespoon of Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • Salt
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh mint
  • 2 tablespoons of green onion
  • 1 teaspoon of saffron
  • Chopped parsley
  • Chopped tomatoes

Method

  1. Slice the beef finely and mix it with Cayenne pepper, lemon juice, and a little salt.
  2. Peel and chop the red onion and set aside.
  3. In a pan, heat the olive oil and cook the beef for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Add the chopped red onion and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the saffron and fresh mint for a minute, then turn off the heat.
  6. Serve immediately with chopped parsley and chopped tomatoes.
  7. Squeeze some lemon juice over the dish before serving.
