Ingredients

  • 200 g of beef mince
  • 200 g of chopped walnuts
  • 100 g of pitted green olives, chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 100 g of toasted bread, cubed
  • oil for frying

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the beef, chopped walnuts, olives, onion, olive oil, sugar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the cubed toasted bread and mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the kibbeh until golden and crispy.
  4. Drain the kibbeh on paper towels.
  5. Serve hot with tomato sauce and mixed salad.
  6. Enjoy your meal!
