A classic Lebanese dish, Kibbeh Bil Sineed Bi Zaytoun is a crunchy and delicious delight, perfect for celebrations or a family meal.

Ingredients
- 200 g of beef mince
- 200 g of chopped walnuts
- 100 g of pitted green olives, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 100 g of toasted bread, cubed
- oil for frying
Method
- In a bowl, mix the beef, chopped walnuts, olives, onion, olive oil, sugar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cubed toasted bread and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the kibbeh until golden and crispy.
- Drain the kibbeh on paper towels.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce and mixed salad.
