Ingredients

  • 200g of kibbeh
  • 100g of whole wheat bread
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Water for frying
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • Salt for serving
  • Oil for frying

Method

  1. Blend the whole wheat bread with water until it forms a homogeneous dough.
  2. Gently mix the kibbeh with the bread dough.
  3. Shape the half-moons, using a bit of bread dough to seal them.
  4. Fry the half-moons in plenty of hot oil until they become crispy.
  5. Drain them and serve with seasoned oil, salt, and apple cider vinegar.
  6. Serve them hot with salt for seasoning.
