Kibbeh Bousbaa
A traditional Lebanese appetizer, crispy and succulent, with kibbeh stuffed with meat and vegetables.

Ingredients
- 300 g of beef
- 200 g of kibbeh
- 1 onion
- 1 zucchini
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of saffron powder
- 100 g of stale bread
- 1 tablespoon of fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley
Method
- Dice the onion, zucchini, and chili pepper into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the beef with the kibbeh, onion, zucchini, chili pepper, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- In another container, mix the egg, saffron, stale bread, mint, and parsley.
- Form balls about 2 cm in diameter with the meat mixture.
- Dip the meat balls in the egg and saffron mixture to coat them.
- Fry the kibbeh in a pan with a little olive oil until they become crispy.
- Serve them hot as an appetizer.
