Kheema Naan is a traditional Pakistani dish that combines finely minced meat with soft bread.

Ingredients
- 200 g of minced beef
- 1 naan
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon of red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon of ginger
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of cashews
- 1 tablespoon of chopped onion
Method
- In a pan, sauté the garlic and onion in oil until they become golden brown.
- Add the minced meat and cook until it is fully cooked.
- Add the red chili powder, coriander powder, ginger, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper, and stir well.
- Cover the pan and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Cut the naan into pieces and mix them with the meat preparation.
- Place the naan pieces with the meat mixture and garnish with cashews and chopped onion.
- Serve immediately to enjoy the warm and delicious dish.
