A traditional Moroccan dish, Kefta Tagine is a burst of flavors and aromas in every bite.

Ingredients
- 400 g of beef
- 2 onions
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon of ginger
- 1 tablespoon of coriander
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cups of beef broth
- 1 lemon
- 2 mint leaves
Method
- Prepare the meatball filling by mixing the beef, minced garlic, ginger, coriander, black pepper, and salt.
- Slice the onions thinly and dice the tomatoes.
- In a pan, sauté the garlic and onions in olive oil.
- Add the tomatoes and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Form the kefta with the prepared filling and add them to the pan with the tomatoes.
- Cover and cook for 20 minutes over low heat.
- In another pot, bring the beef broth to a boil and pour it into the pan with the kefta.
- Simmer for 30 minutes over low heat, adding lemon juice and mint leaves before serving.
