A traditional dish from Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province, Kebab Kofta is a flavorful mixture of ground meat seasoned with aromatic spices.

Ingredients
- 500 g of ground meat (pork, beef, and veal)
- 2 tablespoons of saffron
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon of chili
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 100 g of grated bread
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of honey
Method
- Mix the ground meat with saffron, apple cider vinegar, chopped onion, parsley, ginger, chili, salt, and pepper.
- Add olive oil, grated bread, and egg, mixing well to form a homogeneous paste.
- Add honey and gently mix.
- Shape the kofta with your hands, being careful not to compact them too much.
- Fry the kofta in a pan with olive oil until golden brown.
- Serve hot with a yogurt sauce or a vinegar-based sauce.
