Ingredients

  • 1 kg of mutton, cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon of honey vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 skewers for the grill

Method

  1. Prepare the marinade by mixing honey vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar, and parsley.
  2. Thread the mutton pieces onto slices of onion to form kebabs.
  3. Marinate the kebabs for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  4. Light the charcoal and let it burn until it turns red and hot.
  5. Grill the kebabs over the hot charcoal for about 15-20 minutes, turning them frequently for even cooking.
  6. Serve the Kebab Gheibi hot, accompanied by fresh bread and vegetables.
