Kebab Dehi

A classic of Iranian cuisine, Kebab Dehi is a delicious grilled beef dish cooked over charcoal.

Ingredients
- 500 g of beef
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon of chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon of chili powder
Method
- Cut the beef into similar-sized pieces, about 5x5 cm.
- In a glass, mix the wine vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, lemon juice, mint, minced onion, parsley, and chili powder.
- Place the meat in the marinade and mix well to ensure it absorbs the flavors.
- Let the meat marinate for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
- Light the charcoal for grilling and, once it is red and not smoking, grill the meat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Serve the Kebab Dehi warm with bread and your choice of vegetables.
