Ingredients
- 2 kangaroo tails
- 2 onions
- 4 carrots
- 2 zucchinis
- 1 spring onion
- 200 g of potatoes
- 200 g of peas
- 1 liter of beef broth
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Method
- Cut the kangaroo tails into 5 cm pieces and boil for 15 minutes.
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil and sauté the onions, carrots, spring onion, and zucchinis.
- Add the boiled kangaroo pieces and beef broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
- Add the potatoes and peas, continue cooking for another 30 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, add the chili powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Let it cool, then serve hot.
