Ingredients

  • 2 kangaroo tails
  • 2 onions
  • 4 carrots
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 spring onion
  • 200 g of potatoes
  • 200 g of peas
  • 1 liter of beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Method

  1. Cut the kangaroo tails into 5 cm pieces and boil for 15 minutes.
  2. In a large pot, heat the olive oil and sauté the onions, carrots, spring onion, and zucchinis.
  3. Add the boiled kangaroo pieces and beef broth.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
  5. Add the potatoes and peas, continue cooking for another 30 minutes.
  6. Turn off the heat, add the chili powder, black pepper, and salt.
  7. Let it cool, then serve hot.
