Ingredients

  • 400 g of crayfish
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of chili flakes

Method

  1. Clean and cut the crayfish into small pieces.
  2. In a pan, sauté the onions and garlic in olive oil.
  3. Add the crayfish pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden.
  4. Add the black pepper, salt, sugar, lemon juice, and white wine vinegar.
  5. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce has evaporated.
  6. Add the fresh thyme, parsley, and chili flakes and stir once more.
  7. Serve immediately, hot.
