Ingredients
- 500 g of chicken pieces
- 2 liters of chicken broth
- 200 g of rice vermicelli
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 g of beef pieces
- 100 g of shrimp
- 1 red onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 200 g of sliced vegetables
- 100 ml of coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon of ground chili
- 1 lemon
Method
- In a large pot, sauté the onions and garlic in coconut oil until they become golden.
- Add the chicken and beef pieces, cook for a few minutes until they become tender.
- Add the chicken broth, sliced vegetables, soy sauce, tomato sauce, ginger, and chili powder. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the rice vermicelli in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the shrimp to the broth and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, add the lemon juice, and serve the hot broth with the rice vermicelli.
- Periodically pour the broth over the vermicelli to maintain its consistency.
