A Busan classic, the Haemul Pajeon is crispy and flavorful, perfect as a starter or snack.

Ingredients
- 200 g of flour
- 200 g of soybean sprouts
- 200 g of fish cut into pieces
- 100 g of scallions
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of soybean oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cold water for dough preparation
- Oil for frying
Method
- In a bowl, mix the flour, eggs, soybean oil, salt, and pepper, gradually adding cold water until you get a smooth dough.
- In a non-stick pan, fry the fish over medium heat until golden.
- In a bowl, chop the scallions and soybean sprouts.
- Add the soybean sprouts and scallions to the fish dough and mix well.
- Fry the dough in hot oil until it is golden and crispy.
- Serve hot, accompanied by soy sauce or chili oil.
