Ingredients

  • 200 g of flour
  • 200 g of soybean sprouts
  • 200 g of fish cut into pieces
  • 100 g of scallions
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of soybean oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cold water for dough preparation
  • Oil for frying

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, eggs, soybean oil, salt, and pepper, gradually adding cold water until you get a smooth dough.
  2. In a non-stick pan, fry the fish over medium heat until golden.
  3. In a bowl, chop the scallions and soybean sprouts.
  4. Add the soybean sprouts and scallions to the fish dough and mix well.
  5. Fry the dough in hot oil until it is golden and crispy.
  6. Serve hot, accompanied by soy sauce or chili oil.
