Ingredients

  • 200 gr of lamb meat
  • 100 gr of seasonal vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers, onions)
  • 100 ml of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
  • Bread and choice of vegetables

Method

  1. Cut the meat into small pieces and set aside.
  2. In a pan, sauté the garlic cloves in olive oil.
  3. Add the sliced vegetables and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Add the meat, salt, and pepper, and continue cooking on medium heat.
  5. Finally, add the apple cider vinegar and bay leaf, stirring well.
  6. Let it simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes until the meat is fully cooked.
  7. Serve the Gurasa with bread and choice of vegetables.
