Ingredients

  • 200 g of ground beef
  • 100 g of shrimp
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 50 g of zucchini
  • 100 g of beans
  • 100 g of mushrooms
  • 300 ml of beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, eggs, chopped onion, chili pepper, chopped mushrooms, and a portion of the beef broth. Add salt and pepper.
  2. In a pan initially heated with coconut oil, cook the zucchini and beans for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining beef broth with wine vinegar.
  5. Pour the broth preparation into a separate pan where the zucchini and beans are cooking, stirring well.
  6. Add the meat preparation and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped peppers.
  8. Enjoy!
