A delicious dish to prepare for lunch, Chuva de Ouro is a traditional Amazonian dish that seems to shower down from the sky.

Ingredients
- 200 g of ground beef
- 100 g of shrimp
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion
- 1 chili pepper
- 50 g of zucchini
- 100 g of beans
- 100 g of mushrooms
- 300 ml of beef broth
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
Method
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef, eggs, chopped onion, chili pepper, chopped mushrooms, and a portion of the beef broth. Add salt and pepper.
- In a pan initially heated with coconut oil, cook the zucchini and beans for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix the remaining beef broth with wine vinegar.
- Pour the broth preparation into a separate pan where the zucchini and beans are cooking, stirring well.
- Add the meat preparation and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped peppers.
