Ingredients
- 200 ml water
- 100 g goat meat
- 100 ml mint water
- 1 lemon
- 100 g sugar
- 20 mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon saffron
Method
- In a pot, bring water with goat meat and mint leaves to a boil for 30 minutes.
- Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the broth.
- In another container, mix sugar with mint water.
- Add the goat broth to the mint and sugar mixture, stirring well.
- Finally, add the saffron and serve cold.
