Ingredients
- 500 g of ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon of chili powder
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of chopped red peppers
- 1 tablespoon of chopped green peppers
- 1 tablespoon of chopped onions
- 100 g of crispy bread
- oil for frying
Method
- Mix the ground chicken with the chili powder, salt, sugar, wine vinegar, olive oil, soy sauce, chopped peppers, chopped onions, and crispy bread.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- Fry the meatballs in a pan with a bit of hot oil until they are golden and crispy.
- Serve the frikandel warm and crispy with your favorite sauce.
