Ingredients

  • 400g bomba rice
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 red onion
  • 300g peeled shrimp
  • 250g clams
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 glass dry white wine
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper

Method

  1. Peel and finely chop the garlic and red onion.
  2. Slice the peppers into thin strips.
  3. In a large pan, sauté the garlic and onion in olive oil until soft.
  4. Add the peppers and cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in the white wine and let it evaporate.
  6. Add the bomba rice to the pan, mix well with other ingredients.
  7. Cook the rice over medium-high heat for about 10-12 minutes, gradually adding hot water until cooked al dente.
  8. Stir in the shrimp and clams at the end of cooking.
