Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of pita bread cut into pieces
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 cherry tomato
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 1/2 green onion
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper

Method

  1. Fry the pieces of pita bread in a pan with a little oil until they become crispy.
  2. Chop the red onion, carrot, cucumber, cherry tomato, white onion, and green onion into pieces.
  3. Chop the green onion.
  4. Cut the lemon and extract the juice.
  5. In a bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  6. In a large bowl, put the bread pieces, chopped vegetables, and lemon juice.
  7. Add the prepared sauce and mix well.
  8. Quickly fry the bread pieces in a pan for a second before serving.
