Fattoush
A fresh and colorful salad, perfect to start a Mediterranean-style dinner.

Ingredients
- 200g of pita bread, cut into pieces
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 100g of fennel, sliced
- 50g of white onion, sliced
- 50g of carrot, sliced
- 50g of red onion, sliced
- 100g of tomatoes, cut into pieces
- 50g of mint, chopped
- 50g of wild fennel, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Prepare the pita bread by cutting it into pieces and placing it in a large bowl.
- Add the chopped red onion, bell peppers, fennel, white onion, carrot, and red onion to the bowl.
- Add the tomatoes, mint, and wild fennel.
- In a separate bowl, mix the white wine vinegar and olive oil.
- Pour the dressing over all the ingredients and mix well.
- Arrange the fattoush on a serving plate and season with salt and pepper to taste.
