Ingredients
- 250 g of flour
- 150 ml of milk
- 50 g of butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of oil for frying
Method
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the milk, oil, eggs, and sugar.
- Combine the flour mixture with the milk mixture, stirring until you achieve a smooth consistency.
- Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Pour small amounts of the batter into the pan, forming small mounds.
- Fry for about 2-3 minutes, turning once, until golden brown.
- Serve hot with honey and butter.
