Dunedin Haggis

A traditional Dunedin dish, rich in flavor and heritage.

Ingredients
- 2 kg of veal meat
- 500 g of chicken
- 200 g of bacon
- 2 onions
- 2 spring onions
- 1 red onion
- 100 g of peppers
- 1 liter of chicken broth
- 100 ml of white wine
- 300 g of zucchini
- 100 g of potatoes
- 100 g of carrots
Method
- Prepare the veal and chicken, cutting them into small pieces.
- In a pot, cook the veal and chicken with the broth, white wine, and herbs.
- Chop the onions, spring onions, and red onion into cubes.
- Add the chopped vegetables to the pot and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
- Cut the zucchini, potatoes, and carrots into cubes and add them to the pot.
- Continue cooking for another 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot with baked potatoes or a salad.
