Ingredients

  • 500 g of beef
  • 2 tablespoons of chaat masala
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon of ground coriander
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cardamom
  • 1 tablespoon of ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons of water

Method

  1. Cut the beef into square pieces about 5x5 cm.
  2. In a bowl, mix all the spices and sesame oil with water.
  3. Dip the beef pieces in the spice mixture and let it marinate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Take a kebab stick and wrap the meat with the kebab slices.
  5. Take another stick and tie the wrapped meat.
  6. Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake the kebabs for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with yogurt sauce and chili.
