Delhi Kebabs
These Delhi kebabs are crispy and delicious, with a unique flavor that combines traditional spices and beef.

Ingredients
- 500 g of beef
- 2 tablespoons of chaat masala
- 1 tablespoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon of ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon of ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon of ground cardamom
- 1 tablespoon of ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons of water
Method
- Cut the beef into square pieces about 5x5 cm.
- In a bowl, mix all the spices and sesame oil with water.
- Dip the beef pieces in the spice mixture and let it marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Take a kebab stick and wrap the meat with the kebab slices.
- Take another stick and tie the wrapped meat.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake the kebabs for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve hot with yogurt sauce and chili.
