Dakgangjeong is a traditional Jeonju dish featuring chicken stuffed with seasonings and onions, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Ingredients
- 400 g of chicken pieces
- 2 onions
- 100 g of red bell peppers
- 100 g of green bell peppers
- 50 g of ginger
- 50 g of red onion
- 50 g of soy sauce
- 50 g of soybean oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg
- 100 g of flour
- Water to dampen the flour
Method
- Prepare the filling by mixing soy sauce, soybean oil, ginger, red onion, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the onions, bell peppers, and ginger into small cubes.
- In a large bowl, place the chicken pieces and stuff them with the prepared mixture.
- In another bowl, mix the egg, flour, and water to form a paste.
- Dip the chicken pieces in the flour paste and fry them in soybean oil.
- Cook over medium heat until the chicken is golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with a bit of soy sauce and soy sauce.
