Ingredients

  • 200 ml of fresh cream
  • 100 ml of Scottish whisky
  • 100 g of honey
  • 100 g of fresh berries (such as blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tablespoon of almond oil
  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings for decoration
  • Cornflakes for decoration

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the cream, whisky, and honey until you get a smooth mixture.
  2. Add the berries and gently mix.
  3. In another bowl, whip the cream.
  4. Pour half of the whipped cream into the bowl with the cream, whisky, and honey mixture.
  5. Gently fold the mixture.
  6. Add the remaining whipped cream and mix well.
  7. Serve immediately in bowls, garnishing with chocolate shavings and cornflakes.
  8. Tasty and ready to be enjoyed!
