Craic
A traditional Irish dish that brings friends and family together with a delightful mix of ingredients.

Ingredients
- 200 g of smoked bacon
- 200 g of shrimp
- 100 g of wild mushrooms
- 100 g of potatoes
- 2 onions
- 200 ml of beef broth
- 100 ml of white wine
- 4 mint leaves
- salt and pepper to taste
- extra virgin olive oil
Method
- In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the finely chopped onions until they become transparent.
- Add the smoked bacon, cut into cubes, and cook for a few minutes.
- Add the wild mushrooms, cut into pieces, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Finally, add the cubed potatoes, beef broth, white wine, mint leaves, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Let it simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes until the potatoes are cooked.
- Serve hot and enjoy the craic with your loved ones.
