Ingredients

  • 4 chickens, cut into pieces
  • 200 g of dried chili peppers, boiled and chopped
  • 4 onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 100 ml of chicken broth
  • 100 ml of water

Method

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil and sauté the onions until golden brown.
  2. Add the boiled and chopped dried chili peppers and fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the chicken pieces, salt, and black pepper, stirring well.
  4. Pour in the water and chicken broth, bringing to a boil.
  5. Reduce the heat and sprinkle with lemon juice, allowing to simmer slowly for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped chili peppers.
