Ingredients

  • 4 chickens, cut into pieces
  • 1000 ml chicken broth
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 carrots, cubed
  • 2 zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 1 lemon
  • 100 g flour
  • 500 ml milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped

Method

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic and onions until they are golden brown.
  2. Add the chicken pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the carrots, zucchinis, and chili pepper, and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer over low heat for 30-40 minutes, or until the chicken is tender.
  5. In a bowl, mix the flour with the milk, then add it to the broth and stir until you reach the desired consistency.
  6. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
