Chicken Meatball Sandwich from Cairo

Ingredients
- 200g of chicken
- 1 onion
- 1 chili pepper
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt
- 1 mint leaf
- 1 cherry tomato
Method
- Boil the chicken with apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper for 15 minutes.
- Chop the onion and chili pepper into cubes and sauté them in a pan with olive oil.
- Add the boiled chicken and mix well to form chicken meatballs.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, Greek yogurt, and mint leaf.
- Dice the cherry tomatoes and add them to the sauce.
- Form the chicken meatballs and cook them for 5-7 minutes on medium heat.
- Assemble the sandwich with bread slices, chicken meatballs, and the thick sauce.
- Serve the sandwich hot.
