A delicious and traditional stir-fried noodle dish with bacon, spring onions, and a smooth sauce.

Ingredients
- 500g of rice noodles
- 150g of smoked bacon
- 2 spring onions
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg for the sauce
Method
- Heat the coconut oil in a large pan and add the onions, garlic, and smoked bacon. Cook until the bacon is golden.
- Add the rice noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring regularly.
- In a bowl, mix the oil, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, egg, and a bit of water to get a smooth sauce.
- Pour the sauce into the pan and stir well with the noodles.
- Add the chopped spring onions and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the Char Kway Teow in plates immediately, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
