Ingredients
- 500 g of fish (e.g., salmon or tuna)
- 500 g of rice
- 2 onions
- 2 bell peppers
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 300 ml of oil
- Water
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- Clean and cut the fish into small pieces.
- In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic in oil.
- Add the bell peppers and tomatoes cut into cubes, sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add the fish and let it cook for 10 minutes.
- In another pot, bring water and rice to a boil, add salt and pepper.
- Pour the fish broth into the pot with the rice, cover and let it cook.
- Serve the rice with the fish on top, garnish with cayenne pepper and serve hot.
