Ingredients

  • 500 g of fish (e.g., salmon or tuna)
  • 500 g of rice
  • 2 onions
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 300 ml of oil
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

  1. Clean and cut the fish into small pieces.
  2. In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic in oil.
  3. Add the bell peppers and tomatoes cut into cubes, sauté for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the fish and let it cook for 10 minutes.
  5. In another pot, bring water and rice to a boil, add salt and pepper.
  6. Pour the fish broth into the pot with the rice, cover and let it cook.
  7. Serve the rice with the fish on top, garnish with cayenne pepper and serve hot.
