Ingredients

  • 400g of shrimp
  • 200g of mussels
  • 100g of mixed seafood
  • 1 onion
  • 2 skewers of bell peppers
  • 1 zucchini
  • 200g of dried tomatoes
  • 100g of potatoes
  • 200g of seasonal vegetables
  • 100ml of extra virgin olive oil
  • 200ml of fish broth
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. In a large pan, sauté the onion in extra virgin olive oil until it becomes golden.
  2. Add the bell peppers and seasonal vegetables, sauté for a few minutes.
  3. Add the shrimp, mussels, and mixed seafood, stir well.
  4. Pour in the fish broth and add salt and pepper, bring to a boil.
  5. Cover and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
  6. Add the chopped vegetables and dried tomatoes, stir.
  7. Continue to cook covered for another 10 minutes, until all the vegetables are soft.
  8. Serve hot, accompanied by bread.
