Canadian Rice Pudding

Ingredients
- 250 g of toasted rice
- 400 ml of milk
- 200 ml of condensed milk
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of icing sugar
- 1 tablespoon of flour
Method
- In a pot, mix the toasted rice with the milk and condensed milk, bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
- Add sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla, stir well.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs with icing sugar and flour.
- Gradually pour the egg mixture into the pot, stirring constantly, and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
- Let it cool, then sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
