Ingredients
- 400 g of Camembert cheese
- 1 glass of dry white wine
- 50 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- Red pepper flakes to taste
- Salt to taste
Method
- Melt the butter in a pan and add cornstarch. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Cut the Camembert cheese into small pieces and add it to the pan with the butter and cornstarch mixture. Cook until completely melted.
- Add dry white wine and stir well to create a creamy fondue.
- Cook the fondue for another 2-3 minutes, adjusting salt and red pepper flakes to taste.
- Serve immediately with bread slices or raw vegetables.
