  • boiling water
  • coconut oil

Method

  1. Prepare strong black coffee and pour it into a tall glass.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs with sugar until creamy.
  3. Add cocoa powder to the egg mixture and mix well to incorporate completely.
  4. Slowly pour the hot coffee into the egg mixture, alternating sides of the glass for distinct layers without stirring.
  5. Gently cook the eggs in the microwave or on low heat in a pan with a little coconut oil until creamy and just set.
