Ingredients

  • 1 kg raclette cheese
  • 1 liter red wine
  • 2 onions
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 100 g gruyère cheese

Method

  1. In a pot, continuously stir the raclette cheese with the red and white wine until you get a creamy sauce.
  2. Slice the onions and garlic thinly.
  3. Add the onions and garlic to the pot with the fondue and cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Toast the bread and prepare the fried potato chips for serving.
  5. Serve the fondue in a warm pot, accompanied by toasted bread, fried potato chips, and sliced speck.
  6. Stir before serving to ensure the taste is even.
