Burgundy-style Fondue
A classic Swiss dish, Burgundy-style Fondue is a delightful blend of melted cheese and red wine.

Ingredients
- 1 kg raclette cheese
- 1 liter red wine
- 2 onions
- 1 garlic clove
- 100 g gruyère cheese

Method
- In a pot, continuously stir the raclette cheese with the red and white wine until you get a creamy sauce.
- Slice the onions and garlic thinly.
- Add the onions and garlic to the pot with the fondue and cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Toast the bread and prepare the fried potato chips for serving.
- Serve the fondue in a warm pot, accompanied by toasted bread, fried potato chips, and sliced speck.
- Stir before serving to ensure the taste is even.
