Ingredients
- 200 g of ground beef
- 2 onions
- 200 ml of soy sauce
- 100 ml of hot sauce
- 50 ml of olive oil
- 200 g of rice
- 1 onion
- 1 pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 1 tablespoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of ginger
- salt to taste
Method
- Mix the ground beef with half of the soy sauce, black pepper, and salt.
- Chop the onions into small pieces and sauté them with olive oil.
- Add the mixed meat and cook until well done.
- In another pot, mix the remaining soy sauce, hot sauce, sliced pepper, and zucchini.
- Add the meat mixture and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Rinse the rice with water and cook according to package instructions.
- Serve the meat mixture with the rice and vegetables in a bowl.
