  • 300 g of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 50 g of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • oil for frying
  • icing sugar and apple juice for serving

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and sugar.
  3. Combine the flour mixture with the liquid and stir until you get a smooth batter.
  4. Fry the waffles in a non-stick pan with a little oil, turning them once they are ready.
