Ingredients

  • 200g of tapioca
  • 1 liter of water
  • 100g of sugar
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of crushed almonds

Method

  1. In a pot, mix the tapioca with water and sugar.
  2. Bring to a boil and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool.
  4. Peel the lemon and cut into small pieces.
  5. In a pot, mix the lemon with water and flour for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Pour the lemon mixture over the tapioca and mix well.
  7. Add cinnamon and crushed almonds.
  8. Spoon the cuscus onto a serving plate and serve warm.
