A traditional Tunisian dish, crispy and flavorful, made with fish fillets stuffed and baked.

Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets (such as salmon or tuna)
- 100 g of rice
- 1 onion
- 1 cucumber
- 100 g of beans
- 50 g of zucchini
- 100 ml of olive oil
- 100 ml of fish stock
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 100 g of breadcrumbs
Method
- Cut the fish fillets into small pieces and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the rice with olive oil, water, fish stock, salt, and pepper.
- Chop the onion, cucumber, and zucchini into cubes.
- In another bowl, mix the vegetable cubes, beans, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, and salt.
- Thread the fish pieces with the rice and fill the fillets with the vegetable mixture.
- Wrap the stuffed fillets in kitchen paper and fry in hot oil.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
