A hot and aromatic dish that combines the delicacy of rice with the intense flavor of marinated beef.

Ingredients
- 200g thinly sliced beef
- 200g kimchi
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 4 cups of rice
- soy sauce
- powdered sugar
- ground chili pepper
- vegetable oil
Method
- In a large pan, fry the marinated beef slices in soy sauce and powdered sugar until they are crispy.
- Chop the kimchi, red bell pepper, and red onion into thin strips. Add vegetable oil and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the pan with the vegetables and stir-fry for another minute.
- Cook rice in a separate pot according to package instructions. Once done, mix it with the fried meat and vegetables.
- Serve hot Bokkeumbap sprinkled with some ground chili pepper on top.
