Blackberry Fool

Ingredients
- 200 g of fresh blackberries
- 200 g of sugar
- 100 ml of milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- a pinch of caster sugar
- a pinch of cinnamon powder
- a pinch of salt
Method
- Clean and slice the blackberries into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the milk, vanilla extract, salt, and caster sugar.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and add the sugar.
- Mix the eggs and sugar well until you get a creamy mixture.
- Add the sliced blackberries to the egg mixture and gently stir.
- In a pan, cook the remaining blackberries for 5 minutes on medium heat.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked blackberries with the egg mixture and stir.
- Serve immediately, garnishing with a pinch of cinnamon powder.
