Bishamoun is a traditional sweet from Riyadh, soft and rich in flavor.

Ingredients
- 250 g of flour
- 200 g of butter
- 100 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 100 ml of milk
- 100 g of sour cream
- 100 g of cocoa powder
Method
- Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the sugar and stir until it completely dissolves.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Meanwhile, mix the milk and sour cream in a separate bowl.
- Once the butter is fully melted, add the flour mixture and stir until a homogeneous dough forms.
- Add the milk and sour cream mixture and stir until you get a smooth consistency.
- Finally, add the cocoa powder and mix well.
- Pour the dough into a baking dish and bake in the oven at 180°C for 30-35 minutes, until the surface has hardened.
- Let it cool and serve.
