Ingredients
- 200g fresh mung beans
- 2 eggs
- 100g rice flour
- 50g onion
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
- 100g zucchini
- 50g carrots
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Method
- Rinse the mung beans and blend them finely.
- Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
- In another bowl, mix the rice flour, oil, salt, and soy sauce.
- Add the blended mung beans and eggs, mixing well.
- Chop the onion, zucchini, and carrots into small pieces.
- Add the vegetables to the mixture and gently fold them in.
- Fry the mixture in a hot wok or frying pan with oil, ensuring it becomes crispy.
- Serve it hot.
