Ingredients

  • 250 g of flour
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 100 g of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g of cocoa powder
  • 100 g of hazelnuts
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 100 g of sugar for the crust
  • 100 g of oil for the pan
  • 1 tablespoon of flour for the crust

Method

  1. Grease and flour a baking pan to create a crust.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and baking powder.
  3. Add the cocoa powder and chopped hazelnuts, and mix well.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes or until the cake is golden and dry.
  6. Let the cake cool before serving.
  7. Sprinkle with hazelnuts and cocoa powder for decoration.
