Ingredients

  • 250 g of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 100 g of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • oil for frying

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs, add the milk and melted butter, and mix well.
  3. Combine the flour mixture with the egg mixture until you get a smooth consistency.
  4. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
  5. In a non-stick pan, heat a little oil.
  6. Pour a spoonful of waffle batter into each well.
  7. Cook the waffles for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they form nice golden colors.
  8. Serve warm with honey or fruit.
