Ingredients
- 1 kg of beef
- 2 carrots
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 zucchini
- 1 liter of beef broth
- 1 lettuce
- 100 g of beans
- 2 rosemary leaves
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Method
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil and sauté the onions, carrots, and garlic until they become golden.
- Add the beef cut into pieces and cook until well done.
- Add the beef broth, rosemary leaves, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil and let cook for 1 hour.
- Add the zucchini and lettuce, cut into pieces. Cook for another 20 minutes.
- Finally, add the beans and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Serve hot.
