Ingredients

  • 1 kg of beef
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 liter of beef broth
  • 1 lettuce
  • 100 g of beans
  • 2 rosemary leaves
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Method

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil and sauté the onions, carrots, and garlic until they become golden.
  2. Add the beef cut into pieces and cook until well done.
  3. Add the beef broth, rosemary leaves, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil and let cook for 1 hour.
  4. Add the zucchini and lettuce, cut into pieces. Cook for another 20 minutes.
  5. Finally, add the beans and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Serve hot.
